Do I have to be a reseller to shop?

Not at all! Candy should be for everyone, no matter how big or small. While we do operate based on the concept of wholesale (this means our candy is sold by the box or case), you don’t need to have a store to buy from us.

 Do I need a membership?

Nope! No minimums, no club membership card, and no registration required. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access the best sweets out there.

Do you offer direct store routes?

We’re glad you asked. We’re proud to offer a program tailored specifically for candy jobbers, wholesalers, and distributors. We offer a direct store route with territory protection too, so you can contact us if you’re interested in becoming a partner in the candy wholesale business. We have routes available across all of Ontario!

How fresh is your product?

Fresher than an ice-cold drink on a warm summer evening. We receive deliveries on a weekly basis, which means by the time it arrives in your hands it’s still as fresh as can be.

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Once you place your order you’ll receive a confirmation email including your purchase number. Make sure you check that everything is correct there! From there, our warehouse will process your order. This can take up to 3 business days (at the moment and due to Covid this process can take up to 5 business days). The next step is the carrier picking up your package and starting delivery to you. You’ll receive a tracking number if applicable, and a notification when the shipping company comes by if applicable as well.

How long does shipping take?

Depends on where you’re located! After the processing time which can take up to 3 business days, the actual delivery can take anywhere from 3-8 business days extra. You’ll receive a more exact date when your tracking number activates (if applicable). Looking for a speedier option? We offer express shipping at an extra cost right on the checkout page.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a shipment notification. Within that email, you’ll have a tracking number you can use to follow along with delivery to you. Keep in mind that tracking numbers can take up to 48hs to update once picked up by the carrier.

Where do you ship?

Every single province across Canada! No matter where you’re located, candyonline.ca can get to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on weight and location. The final cost will be calculated and shown at check-out. Please note that we, unfortunately, don’t offer different price points for that other than what you see during checkout.

What carrier do you use?

A few different ones, depending on your order. Mainly Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, and Apex for pallet quantities. We also use our own delivery service aptly named the candymobile in Toronto and the GTA, Hamilton, Kitchener Waterloo, Guelph, Ottawa and Area, as well as Barrie and Area.

Do you ship chocolate/fudge during the summer months?

Yes, we do! However, please do keep in mind that we’re not responsible for heat damage to chocolate in areas where temperatures are greater than 75°F or 25°C. We do offer ice packing at an additional cost, and some of our customers tend to wait until the weather cools down before placing their chocolate order separately.

How much are the extra ice packs?

Ice packing starts at around $25, depending on size. Reach out to us beforehand so we can help you out!
